Feature: Allow Milestone definition across projects of a single group

It might be a really valuable to allow a single project to participate in multiple groups and allow milestone sharing across the groups.
We heavily use git submodules therefore our project might consist of multiple repositories. Repositories have all their issues and we group/stick the issues to milestones. Currently we need to copy the milestone name across Gitlab-Projects. Would be great to allow Group-based milestones which are available for all projects in the group.
