Un-subscribe/watch/star project/issues feature

Created by: bbodenmiller

Users sometimes have access to repositories that they are not actively developing for, especially with the concept of groups. I'd like to see the functionality for the user to decide whether they receive email notifications for the issue report creation/changes or not.

I envision a subscribe/watch/star feature may also control whether the project activities showed up in the main activities feed or not as well.

Lastly, anytime a user comments in an issue in a project they have un-subscribed/watched/stared they should receive notifications of updates to the issue.
