support for image files in repositories

GitLab currently does not support previewing images of any type in repositories.
It should show the images in line, similar to code.
It should also allow a person to easily download a file (when clicking on "raw", the browser thinks there are errors in the graphic).
At least PNG, JPEG, and GIF formats should be supported. Displaying SVG files would be fantastic too, but that would probably need to be implemented in a slightly different way.
