GitLab version 5.0

Wiki page names are not interpretted properly.

Examples include:

Capitalization

[R&R](page-RR)

Should be displayed as: Page RR but shows up as: Page Rr

404 Error

[R&R](page-R&R)

Results in a 404 error:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

Miscellaneous

Also, would it be possible to leave off the word "Page" in front of the page name?
