Separate code/path host configuration

Two different values are needed for the code/path host configuration.
As of now the host entry inside git_host group is used to show the Path and Code of a new Project. This "works fine" but it's a much better solution to separate those two and let me explain the reasoning:
I have installed GitLabHQ in a server. This server uses a subdomain to host the GitLabHQ web site through git.server.domain.com but the access to the server using git commands is done through git@server.domain.com. In the Project view the Path and Code can only be shown as one of this two options:
- Path: git@git.server.domain.com: Code: http://git.server.domain.com/
- Path: git@server.domain.com: Code: http://server.domain.com/
This is "wrong" because it should be like this:
Path: git@server.domain.com:
Code: http://git.server.domain.com/Separating those config values will do the trick.
