Please restore ability to immediately add a newly created user to projects

Before the current GitLab version I was able to specify multiple projects that a new user would become immediately a member of.
You removed this method and now I have to dig through multiple screens to get to the members list of the project, have to search for the user and then add him.
Please restore the previous behaviour.
