search is broken

Reproduce steps:
- Login to http://demo.gitlabhq.com/ using test@test.com
- Click on the Issues page (http://demo.gitlabhq.com/dashboard/issues)
- Now you can see "Ruby On Rails" project Issues "Subject" and "Issue 1"
- Now click on the search link (http://demo.gitlabhq.com/search)
- Enter the name "Subject" / "Issue 1" and click "Search" button
Expected Result: Search result should show the Issue with the name "Subject" / "Issue 1"
Actual Result: Search results shows Nothing here
